Recipe - How to make Til Gud Ladoo?


Ingredients:

- white sesame seeds

- peanuts (optional)

- grated jaggery

- cardamom powder


 Please follow 3 simple steps -


💁🏻‍♀️ 1. Roasting

- Dry roast sesame seeds (and peanuts) on low flame until it becomes aromatic.

- Roast sesame seeds for about 8 minutes, stir continuously.

- Heat jaggery with water in a pan

- The syrup consistency is crucial for ladoo texture

- Add roasted ingredients, cardamom powder, and vegan butter to jaggery syrup
