Vegan Mumbai Sukhi Bhel Recipe

 

Ingredients:

1 Bowl Murmura 
1 Tsp Oil 
Red Chilli Powder 
1/4 cup roasted Peanuts & Chickpeas
Salt to taste

Puri & Sev

Chopped veggies  (Coriander, Raw Mango, Boiled Potato & Onion).

 

 

Chutney:
1/2 cup roasted Chickpeas
1 tsp Jeera powder 
1 tsp Dhaniya powder 
1 tsp Chaat Masala (alternatively amchur powder or black salt can be used)
Pinch of Asafoetida Powder (Hing)
Salt to taste  
Green Chillies (as per taste)
1 Small piece of Ginger
Few Curry Leaves
Coriander Leaves

 

Mixing Method:

First get Murmura then place it in a bowl, further add 1 tsp Oil in the same 
Add a little bit of Red Chilli Powder 
Add 1/4 cup roasted Peanuts & Chickpeas 
Mix well to coat masala 
Add Salt to taste 
Break some Puris and add it  
Add Sev 
Add 2 tbs Chutney & mix it 
Add chopped veggies (Coriander, Raw Mango, Boiled Potato & Onion) 
Add Lemon Juice 
Mix it properly and serve in a paper cone
